How scheduling, cancellations and young students work for Stone lessons.

Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson without losing it. Lessons cancelled with less notice are charged in full.
No-shows
A missed lesson without notice is charged in full.
Students under 18
A parent or guardian must complete the intake form and give consent before the first lesson, and must be reachable during the lesson.
Payments
Lessons are paid once your lesson time is confirmed, and refunds follow the cancellation policy above.
