The step up
The Solid Top Cutaway is the one that looks different across the room and plays different in your hands. A solid-wood top opens up and changes over the years you own it, the cutaway waist hands you the upper frets, abalone binding frames the whole thing, and cross inlays run up the fretboard in place of the usual dots.
The ox bone nut and saddle, the Richlite fretboard and bridge, and the Aquila strings carry over from the rest of the line, and it ships in a branded padded bag. It is the one to grow into.
